SVG Metals Upcycling Pvt. Limited
Molten copper being cast into anodes

From scrap.
To purpose.

We built a connected supply chain, with recovery, refining and manufacturing under our own operation.

ONE CONTINUOUS LINE

Every stage matters.

From scrap and recycling to refining, processing, manufacturing and finished products, our material follows a connected path.

01 / Scrap

We begin with copper scrap, used electrical wires and cables, industrial copper waste and processed e-waste — material with plenty of life left in it.

02 / Recycling

We recover and sort it, separating true copper content from the insulation, coatings and debris that hitch a ride with it.

03 / Refining

We refine the recovered copper until it meets the purity that demanding industrial applications require.

THE FULL MANUFACTURING FLOW

See how it comes together.

Our process diagrams map the path from raw copper material to tested and packaged industrial products.

Our upstream infrastructure strips and granulates insulated cable scrap and processes copper-bearing dross, slag and dust with 20% or higher copper content. Separation, extraction, fire refining and electrolytic refining convert secondary materials into anodes and copper cathodes with purity up to 99.99%.

INFRASTRUCTURE BEHIND THE PURITY

A connected operation.

A specialised, integrated non-ferrous metals manufacturer — processing, refining and recycling under one operation

Upstream capability most competitors don't have in-house: cable scrap stripping/granulation and low-grade dross refining

99.99% purity copper cathodes, produced through electrolytic refining

Two-unit manufacturing footprint on the Maharashtra–Gujarat border, on the NH-48 industrial corridor

A global and domestic raw material procurement network spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Nearly five decades of operating history, tracing back to 1978
