About Us.
Our manufacturing operations encompass circular processing and recycling capabilities. Our upstream infrastructure includes the mechanical stripping and granulation of insulated cable scrap, alongside the pulverising and fire refining of low-grade copper dross, slag and dust with a copper content of 20% and above. Through physical separation, extraction, and electrolytic refining, these secondary materials are processed into intermediate copper anodes and upcycled into high-purity refined copper cathodes (99.99%), which are further utilized in-house to produce copper and copper alloy products.
We are a specialized manufacturer of high-grade non-ferrous metal products, operating through the advanced processing, refining and recycling of non-ferrous metal scrap.
Grounded in sustainable metallurgical practices, our operational focus is on converting and upcycling secondary raw materials into premium-quality finished and semi-finished copper solutions.

Our Story.
Our enterprise traces its origins to 1978, when our Founder Promoter — now our Chairman — Mr. Pyarchand B. Jain commenced business operations under the trade name “Nakoda Group of Companies,” initially trading in brass, copper and copper-alloy products.
Over the decades that followed, we moved deliberately from secondary trading into primary manufacturing, capturing more value across the metal processing chain at each stage:
